[SQL-Ledger] Invoices without warehouse

If in Ledger123 we create an invoice without warehouse and click "Print 
and Post", the invoice gets a number and is printed out, then the error 
message "Warehouse missing" is displayed. To correct this, we go back, 
add the warehouse and "Print and Post" again. Now the invoice is printed 
out a second time, but with a new number. Like this, we get two 
identical invoices on paper, but with different invoice numbers.
