In Ledger123, as soon as you have defined a warehouse, it's no longer possible to post an invoice without warehouse. The problem is not the error message itself, but that in the workflow I've described it is possible to print out the same invoice with different numbers. "Print and Post" is regularly used by those who create a big amount of invoices. Not all of us have time to check each individual invoice before we print it out.
