"A" On my templates its pretty random (but in general it seems to
control at what point on the page the break occurs, but B is the number
of lines on the first page, and C is the number of lines on all
subsequent pages. If you have too many lines it'll print off screen, and
it will force weird page spacings as well. Start with 60,25,35 and
tinker around. I found that by reducing the font size to 11 I can set my
pagebreak at 64 32 40.
