Hi all Incidentally I have the same problem.
I downloaded the zip file for 3.0.2 from the git site( the git clone was downloading the 2.8.33) On install I have the same problem that Steve is having. I initially thought it may be due to some wrong settings from me untill I saw this post. Regards Boateng S.
