rel3 is enhanced SQL-Ledger 3.0. There are some minor issues but
overall it is working fine.
I shall add a direct download link today to make it easier to download
and install.

Does rel3 have your reconciliation improvements? I installed SL-3.02 and
then git cloned it to Rel3 but I'm still dealing with SL's
reconciliation environment. Something wrong, or is this the way it is
supposed to be for the time being?
