The SQL syntax for the CREATE INDEX in SQL Server stipulates a parameter ASC | DESC can be used.
When I execute a commande with this parameter set to DESC, the command works fine (no error message).
However, when I look at the column through the ODBC API, the coloumn is said indexed ASCendant.
Furthermore, I cannot see any facility to create a DESCendant index in the SQL Server manager, so,
is this functionality really available?
