It is my understanding that all no count does is control whether or not SQL
returns the number of rows/records acted on during the
Select/Insert/Update/Delete.  That's all.  Turning it off reduces the number
of characters a little which in large transaction system can have an impact.

NOCOUNT option and all works fine. I don't think that NOCOUNT is required
when doing multiple queries.
