Mike do you know where I can learn how to use the 2012 version of SSIS?
The trouble with most MS documentation is links don't lead to where they
purport to go, and documentation is mostly links to other pages, which in
turn are links to other pages. And if not any of those, they are full of
unexplained acronyms so I often spend my time wading through stuff only to
find it doesn't apply to what I thought it applied to.

Is there any tutorial material for this version? I've found lots of
tutorials that are for SQL2005 and SQL2008 which more or less apply, but
since SSIS has changed significantly, I'd like to learn about the new
version.

Cheers
Mike Kear

My SQL Server 2012 developer edition from MSDN is 4,509,648,896 bytes, which
equals 4.19 GB. Developer edition is essentially the same as the enterprise
edition. You might want to download the developer edition instead if you are
going to use this on a development server or workstation. With either the
developer, standard, or enterprise version you can use SSIS, although SSIS
changed significantly in the 2012 version.
