stable from an API point of view, i think its pretty much there. the session context system was the big thing that had to be worked out, which recently resulted in the "current_session" function getting whacked, and im glad its finally agreed upon. i wasnt initially planning on the API changing as radically as it did but I could see that while SA was built with a great emphasis on providing granular tools, they werent granular enough. I dont think we'll have any more upheavals quite like this one again (fingers crossed)....and of course if TG folks want to standardize on ActiveMapper then that provides a nice buffer for them as well.

ive prepared an overview of big differences, pending the help of some other folks who are going to assist with filling in more details, over on the wiki at http://www.sqlalchemy.org/trac/wiki/02Migration .

and of course, when 0.2 finally has a release, i have a *very* spiffy new site ready to go with it.

Hi,

Some people are looking at getting SQLAlchemy working with TurboGears
(again) and I just wanted to check on the stability of the 0.2 code.
(Where stability is read as "API stability"). They're working with
0.1.x, but if the upheaval for 0.2 is mostly done, it seems like it
would be beneficial to make that switch.
