I think we need to support ActiveMapper and "standard" SA as well. The
reason is that the Active Record pattern works well for a great many
cases and is easy to get into... but there are also many cases that
could really use the flexibility of a Data Mapper.

ive prepared an overview of big differences, pending the help of some
other folks who are going to assist with filling in more details,
over on the wiki at http://www.sqlalchemy.org/trac/wiki/02Migration .

and of course, when 0.2 finally has a release, i have a *very* spiffy
new site ready to go with it.
