I also went ahead and commented out some of the relationship detection
code that should no longer be necessary in SQLAlchemy since 0.2.3
added the deferred mapper stuff. If this causes problems for anyone,
please let me know, and I will happily uncomment the code.
On the other hand, if you are using ActiveMapper, and your code still
seems to work with this change, please let me know. Once I feel a
level of comfort with the change, I will go ahead and remove the code
entirely to simplify things :)
