SQLite version 3.7.13 is now available on the SQLite website

Key features of this release include support for WinRT and some obscure but

The 3.7.13 release occurred over two days ago and an announcement of the
release was sent to this mailing list at that time. However, the original
announcement seems to have not been delivered.
