Plus minor feature additions, perhaps. Like having a default time as "now," as has already been discussed here.
SQLite is a gem among the many fine examples of Open Source software.

PS I think version 3 becoming "stable" should be announced to the linux and TCL worlds, among many other places. This is a big thing!
