That's interesting. What is "the F_FULLFSYNC syncing method" (since I am running on Mac OS X)? For what it's worth, PRAGMA FULLFSYNC returns 0 on my database. PRAGMA SYNCHRONOUS returns 2, which should be the safest mode. I am at a loss.
