Yes, and also https://system.data.sqlite.org/index.html/doc/trunk/www/downloads.wiki Actually, a pointer to https://system.data.sqlite.org/ will usually suffice, they will find their way in the menu. People asking about developing with, and deploying System.Data.SQLite should be familiar with the wording, which is quite specific for MS Windows .NET development and the Visual Studio IDE.
