So, it looks that you agree.

So, the project-lead should hand out control to active contributors - or 
the active contributors should provide own resources.

That's not forking - but an necessary action.

As said, I'll not contribute anything as long as the project does not 
provide the basic resources.

I like to observe this project and I'm still hoping that this amateurish 
behaviour stops.
