Yes  - two players - but the other player (with the other MAC address)
is not playing anything during the relevant log periods.

Not completely sure I understand your question (and difficult to test
since neither SB3 is currently stuck).  Once I'd changed the Now Playing
(eg by playing a new track from the Web GUI) then the progress bar was
always showing zero, as you'ld expect.  But not sure what it would have
done on the original jammed track.

The weirdest and most characteristic feature of the problem is that the
VU meter/spectrum analyser would stick (showing some non-zero value) and
then remain on screen even with the player sleeping and the screen saver
showing.  Then the only way to fix it seemed to be a power off or
factory reset.

I've swapped over the two players so the one that was wired is now
wireless and vice versa.  Currently both are working correctly but it's
early days.
