Win 7, 64 bit, Chrome...

No, the problem in Feb, I was not able to recover from. I was running
LMS on an old machine and it was simply toast, so I just moved it to a
new machine, and gave up on the old. In fact, the old machine (also
win7) is stuck in one of those "cannot install updates" modes where
nothing works. I try not to even glance at it.

To the best of my knowledge I am only using a controller as a
controller, not a bridge or anything else, and in fact I am not using
them that much with the android app and touch so they just sit in the
charging cradle

I have not been able to recreate it, so it seems like it's just one of
those things. I have lost sight of players from time to time and either
hard reset controllers/players (and go through the initiation sequence),
or in this case, just power down/up. I do have some flakey things going
on with my DSL that verizon has not been able to solve (it locks up
every 7-21 days, requiring a router/modem power up/down), so maybe that
has something to do with it.

I was on the plugins page before the scan trying to figure out how to
manually update plugins, but I don't think I did anything.

Sorry, I thought I discovered an issue.  I wasn't trying to have you
solve anything, more of a "hey, did I just stumble across something? My
bad that I didn't try to recreate a few times before posting.
