When connecting to LMS or MySB.com? I'll assume LMS. When this happens right click the LMS icon in your System Tray, select Control Panel > Diagnostics. What is reported for ALL pings, ports, IP's? Guessing that something on Win10 is blocking access. Sure players players and LMS are on the same network?
