I have worked out that it is only the artwork that iTunes loaded itself that I can't see. To fix this I am having to go into each album in iTunes that doesn't show artwork in LMS clear the downloaded artwork and manually add the artwork myself. Unless anyone knows a better fix I'll just keep plugging away. Once the artwork is corrected in iTunes I have to do a complete rescan and replace in LMS.
