No items in playlist can be many things including problem with network. Any message in the server.log ? What station are you trying ? Full URL so others can test. If no messages in log file then enable logging player.source and formats.playlist to debug. Try playing different station (to avoid caching issues) and copy into a text file all message in log from time just beofre test to 30 secs after test.
