Not familiar with either router. Post links to their manuals and I'll look at their capabilities. Do you both have static IPs? In the meantime have a look at Pippin's article on the subject http://penguinlovesmusic.de/2011/02/11/coolios-guide-to-remote-playback/ It doesn't quite answer for your circumstances but it will give you a flavour of what's involved. The best way is a site to site VPN by far but the routers need to be able to do it and you need different subsets i.e. You both can't be 192.168.1.x one would need to be 192.168.0.x or similar. Normally one of you at least would need a static IP. *Vortexbox LMS 7.8 music on QNAP TS419p via NFS* iThingys/iPeng/Tablets *Living Room* - SB3 -> Onkyo TS606 - > Celestion Ditton F20s - Zone 2 -> Sony TA FE 320 -> Sennheiser RS 130 & B&W P7 *Office* - RPi -> Sony TA FE320 -> Celestion F10s / SB3 -> Onkyo CRN 755 -> Wharfedale Modus Cubes *Dining Room* -> SB Boom *Kitchen* -> UE Radio (upgraded to SB Radio) *Bedroom (Bedside)* - SB Touch -> Topping TP21 -> AKG Headphones *Bedroom (TV)* - Amazon Fire TV (SB Player) -> Topping TP20 -> Wharfedale Modus Cubes ------------------------------------------------------------------------ d6jg's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=44051 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=105077 _______________________________________________ Squeezecenter mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter
