My LMS continues to hang when I enter my credentials and the log shows
it has problems despite my attempts at diagnosis and resolution (see my
other posts). I feel that I have exhausted the things I can research on
the server, so I found the GET statement in the log and plugged into an
API client to see what happens.

(An API client parses the JSON so it's much easier to read.)  I see my
correct email address in the header, and I assume the long
alpha-character is my encoded password.  So it appears that mysm.com is
not returning the account information, instead only sending the
publically available apps and links.  Do you have any other information
about the mysb.com cluster or some way of doing more investigation on
that side? If the issue was load balancer, is it possible some accounts
were not replicated?
