alpha-character is my encoded password. So it appears that mysm.com is not returning the account information, instead only sending the publically available apps and links.
Please don't come to conclusions without understanding what's going on. This call is not supposed to return your apps. Therefore they don't show up there.
Please enable debugging for network.squeezenetwork. Set all other logging levels to warn or lower. Then try to log in again. This should give you more information in the server.log file.
that side? If the issue was load balancer, is it possible some accounts were not replicated?
If you log in to mysb.com directly, then fire up the player control, would your app show up there?
