There is a "database is locked" error somewhere last night, caused by the Playlist Manager plugin. I don't know why this would happen. But would you see the same problem if you had that plugin uninstalled?
Worst case you might try to start from scratch: shut down LMS, delete library.db, restart. That would trigger a full re-scan.
