That possibility never crossed my mind, but I think you're onto
something here... Soon after starting this topic, I noticed yet another
blocked connection in my firewall logs. And this time, I'm certain it
couldn't have originated from the Squeezebox Touch (trying to open a
encrypted connection to a mail server) even though the logs say so.
Since it was about time to reflash my router anyway with a new firmware
image (I run a custom OpenWrt build on my router), I just did that. I
will see if I stumble over such stray packages again, but given that I
haven't seen this behaviour ever before, I don't think or hope so.
