The Manufaturer of the 4th "player" is INTEL CORPORATE - you use some
Softwareplayer @ 24.mar. If you didnt use that player anymore you can
drop/delete that file.

Is the user squeezeboxserver in the group users?
My playlists are all owned by "squeezeboxserver nogroup" - please check
the groups and /or validate the permissions with your logfiles (usualy
stored in /var/log/squeezeoxserver).
Please check also the permissions on the "prefsroot"
(/var/lib/squeezeboxserver/prefs) - should be drwxr-xr-x

The permissions "-rw-r--r-- " for your m3u(s) also matches my setup.
