foobar2000 is almost infinitely adjustable to show whatever you want (simple to complex), is a player (that will handle I think any kind of audio file) and a library manager. I use it on all my windows computers as my management/player software when I'm just using my computer for playing (work, travel). I mostly just add the "facets" component to setup my display preferences. Install foobar, then facets, then encoderpack (if you want to use it to do any file conversions).
