Yes you can.
Create a windows cmd script called squeezeplay2.cmd or similiar and set
a new location for APPDATA and a unique mac address.
You may need to adjust the path to squeezeplay.exe as well depending
where it's installed on your system.
Also, make sure you don't add a trailing backslash to the APPDATA path
or squeezeplay will not start.
All configuration for the 2nd instance will be stored in
c:\temp\squeezeplay\userpath
