not sure why the problem. I'd probably next do a full rescan to see if
that cleans things up.  I've run both 7.8 and 7.0 on a Win 7 machine
with no issues.   I didn't have to uninstall old version, just installed
on top of old. 7.8 is very stable. 7.9 is stable too, although depends
which build as things can change a lot from day to day in 7.9.
