Oki, that's what I was (slowly) starting to understand.

Few questions:

1- I guess there is a good reason for that, but cannot figure it out. So
why is LMS not supported on ARM for Perl 5.22?
2- if I try to follow the way of building a self-contained LMS[0], could
it work?
2.1- if not, why?
