For the past couple of days the problem has not recurred. I have updated LMS to 7.9.0 public, and updated the Duet controllers to the latest revision, uninstalled and reinstalled the Pandora app. [I have left Windows 7 Pro alone - last update was in April.] I'll repost if the problem repeats, or if I don't have a problem in the next week or so. I have my fingers crossed. Thanks for your consultation and advice!
