When I use SSOTS 4.14 it lets me upload the linux arm tarball but when I go to install a "Error: Can't determine what we just extracted" is shown and it suggests trying a different tarball. I've tried 3 with no success.
There are other threads about this. You have to patch some script in SSOTS, as it does only accept LMS up to 7.8.x. Search for SSOTS and your error message.
