That's not true. Is enought to enable "I" Capabilities, then you could transcode flac to pcm from file or stream as you like. There is a 'strange' feature in TranscodingHelper.pm when calculating capabilities, preventing I to be used when T/U are selected, at least in windows, so you need to remove T/U from the transcoding profile, that meaning you could not use cue files.
