Yes, but also that if you output any format other than raw pcm any player should (I can't say this for sure) work. You could read any file or stream coming in any of the supported format (AIF,ALAC,WAV,AIFF,FLAC,DSF,DFF at the monent), convert it to DSD at the rate you choose and your player (and server) is capabe of.
