Could you please go to Settings/Advanced/Logging - check the "Keep settings on restart" (or similar) box towards the top - set "server.plugins" to debug - set "plugin.extensions" to debug - restart LMS- upload your server.log (or upload to https://www.dropbox.com/request/T3RctyzGgNg0oFDubq6a)
