It does the exact same thing even when it works , just dissapear . Do you have any app menus in LMS or one of your players ? You may have another issue ? how is the Touch behaving when LMS is not present turn of LMS and try to conect the Touch to mysb.com , that one should always work . Can you go direkt,y to mysqueezebox.com web page and login with your credentials there ?
