Try this..... stop and keep pff LMS, reboot Touch (unplug), see if Touch will now allow connection to MySB.com.
I remember something long ago about an issue where SB players could not connect to MySB.com if players were on LMS but LMS could not see MySB.com. As if LMS was misdirecting the players to thinking MySB.com somewhere else or was not present.
