I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this query, or whether to start a fresh thread. Advice on that is welcome!
I'm running "Logitech Media Server Version: 7.9.0 - 0.145.20160923git1474277583 @ Fri Sep 23 21:43:36 BST 2016" That's on a Vortexbox with this software: Operating system: Red Hat - EN - utf8 Platform Architecture: i686-linux Perl Version: 5.18.4 - i386-linux-thread-multi Audio::Scan: 0.95 Database Version: DBD::SQLite 1.34_01 (sqlite 3.7.7.1) My query is to do with the time to rescan. The summary after today's clear and full scan tells me "Total Time 00:36:54" But the elapsed time was well over two hours, and almost three. The scan seems to sit for an hour and a half or more before actually starting. Is there somewhere or something I can look into to find out why the delay, and to remove it?
