Ok, will actually test now with a long network cable. I used to have intermittent dropouts with my Homeplug proven by long ping tests with like 0.3% packet loss. This was problematic for online gaming. However after firmware downgrades on all plugs I ended up with super stable plugs/connections. I'd be surprised if somehow the SB still has issues with using the plugs, especially since I also had the problem with wifi.
