No, after doing some scanning, resetting of preferences, restarting LMS a couple of times, it is again in the state of not working any more. I seem to think that it might have something to do with the security settings related to the blocking of connections. I added in a user name and password and restricted the IP range to 192.168.0.* and then it started having problems. I will do a clean re-install and see if I can recreate the problem.
