If you want your daughter to use a SB Radio and connect it to your LMS at home then she is going to need a VPN from her network to yours.
I am surmising that your router has VPN Server capability since you have a VPN from work. What you need is for your daughter's router to have VPN client capability and connect it to your home network. You will need different subnet ie. 192.168.1.x at one location and 192.168.2.x at the other.
