You can only copy the cache and prefs directory, when you first do ./LogitechMediaServer.sh stop. Then copy the directory, and the ./LogitechMediaServer.sh start. Never copy those while LMS is running, it will make it crash.
The other error has to do with you available space, know where the error comes from. This is gone be fixed, but the LMS should still start or stop. Test it with .?LogitechMediaServer.sh status. KEEP in mind if you ave a lot of plugins in LMS, it can take some time before the webgui is availble. In my case after starting QLogitechMediaServer, it take more then a minut before i get the webgui. And its seems you QNap is very strange, has to do with the tar program and gzip. I build in a fix, and thats why now tar does a proper job on you're QNap.
