uname -m gives x86_64

I cannot do "file /lib/libnsl.so.1" i get

Code:
--------------------
    [/] # file /lib/libnsl.so.1
  -sh: file: command not found
--------------------

Do I need any special path for the the command to run?

I used to have Perl installed in the appcenter, in an attempt to fix
some other issue in SSOTS/LMS, but I remove that. Could that caused any
issue with /lib/libnsl.so.1?
