Hi digimaster, I have been having problems getting Qcenter working. I opened a ticket a few weeks ago and they did a remote session and collected some data. They stated that others were having the same issue. After three weeks they responded that they have found the problem. They are saying it is the qlogitechmediaserver QPKQ. Are you aware of this or have any ideas what could be causing it?
Here is their response. -They have found the problem and its related to an unsupported APP, please help remove it. This bug is caused by the 3rd party QPKG QLogitechMediaServer. Q'center can not run normally while this QPKG is installed. Please ask the customer to do following steps: 1. Remove QLogitechMediaServer 2. Remove Q'center QPKG 3. Remove all Q'center Agent QPKG 4. Restart NAS which Q'center was installed 5. Install Q'center and add those NAS- Any idea what the incompatibility/conflict/issue is between the two?
