I did a rescan/rebuild ... 

I know the collection needs some work, but, to be clear -- if a playlist
is created from files across different folders, all from the same genre,
then the artwork should be whatever is associated with the individual
file ? (i.e. there is no way to nec over-ride the default artwork ? ) ..
I have been using MP3tag and Mediamonkey to tag the files...

So, I created another playlist, test2, based on Oldies genre, content
comes from a variety of folders and formats (mp3, flac) and now I am
getting the individual artwork (but note - each song has "no album', but
artwork is varied... I see I need to do some cleaning up here ..

This is really an amazing piece of software :)
