No it's not. When I mean "not dying", it's not that it's restarting on
its own. When you try to kill it (automatically or manually), all
threads are killed except one and then the process stays here doing
nothing. If you try to kill it by name or number using taskkill (which
should kill tasks no matter what), taskkill says that process don't
exist, although it's still here and you can't restart another instance
of course.
