So the Trackstat plugin is indeed the culprit. Now what to do?
Re-enable Trackstat (if possible), set logging for that plugin to "debug", make sure you check the "keep settings on restart" box at the top of Settings/Advanced/Logging. Then watch server.log while your LMS is "hanging". Is there any TS activity in there?
