FWIW. I have just discovered how to get the SDT screensaver to display. In trying to correct the problem I had not tried (DOH!) switching from the SDT screensaver to the Date and Time screensaver. I found that the DT screensaver would display. I had hoped that simply changing the setting back to using the SDT screensaver would restore the display. It did not. But, purely by accident, I tried (with the SB2 turned off and no display showing) hitting the up button on the remote control. Voila, the SDT display was back! I have found that by hitting the up or down button on the remote will turn the display on and off; I do not know if it is an LMS function or a SDT function that allows this. But it proves that even an old geezer like me can learn something new.
