You can do this by the following.
Logon to you're Qnap by ssh shell.
Then you can copy and paste the following .
[ cd /share/*/.qpkg/LogitechMediaServer ]
[ rm -R .config/LMSROOT/etc/localtime ]
[ ./QLogitechMediaServer restart ]
And when its running again, close the ssh shell screen.

Now it should be solved.
